Last checked against HUD's live records on 2026-09-11: HUD’s national Multifamily Assisted dataset currently lists 23,763 properties (1,483,801 assisted units) nationwide. Unit Seeker’s directory currently covers 4,932 of those properties with full profile pages (about 21% of HUD's live total), and lists the rest via state/city browse pages.
